Champion Construction Services, Inc. has dramatically set new standards for design, quality and craftsmanship, efficient project management, cost containment and worker safety. We’ve integrated the building process from head to tail and adopted new technologies that bring state of the art design-build opportunities to clients and their communities.

- Luis Herrera, AAIA has a solid academic background and a broad 20+ year professional experience which have given him an affinity for creating an exceptional quality of design and close client relationships. His career represents a development of broad aesthetics, social, and cultural concerns within a wide range of residential, retail, commercial, and institutional projects from design conception through construction administration. His work has been exhibited and published internationally. As a partner, he is involved in every aspect of the firm’s management from design through completion of a project. Professionally, Mr.Herrera has worked at architectural and construction firms in Houston, New Jersey, New York, Los Angeles and Mexico City.

- Prior to co-founding Champion Construction Services, Inc. in 2012 with John Anthony, Mr. Herrera has design and built many projects in Southern California and in Mexico. He was the lead designer in the HolidayInn Hotel in Tuxpan, Veracruz. He has constructed exclusively on projects designed by the renowned architect, Ray Kappe, A & E Architecture and collaborated with Erika Winters Design.
- Upon graduation, Mr. Herrera was awarded The AIA Henry Adams Gold Medal for Excellence in Architecture in 1996 and The New Jersey State Champion Cup in 1987 for the VICA competition in Architectural Design and Drafting. He has also taught design studio at SCI-Arc and Woodbury University. He has been a guestcritic at a number of architectural schools, including, Anahuac in Mexico, Cal-Poly Pomona, Cal-Poly SanLuis Obispo, Columbia University, Pratt Institute and Rice University.
